Buchung & die SportsNow-App

What is SportsNow?

It's our digital studio platform — the easiest way to book and cancel classes, manage bookings, and track your class pass. Download it for iOS or Android.

What happens if I miss a class?

Adults: cancel before the deadline or the class is deducted from your pass. Youth: missed classes can be made up within the same semester if space allows.

Do you run classes during school holidays?

We generally follow the Luzern school holidays, so most regular classes pause. Some classes continue — always check the latest schedule in the app.

Jugendprogramm

What should my child wear to their dance class?

Students coming to a trial lesson should wear comfortable clothing they can move well in and cotton socks. For ballet classes, ballet attire (tights, leotard, and ballet slippers) is also welcome if they already have it.

Students in Pre-Ballet 1 through Young Ballet 3 can purchase their class uniform from our partner store, Ballettshop Opéra.

Students in other classes may wear clothing that makes them feel comfortable and happy to move in.

How much do youth classes cost?

Classes are priced by year, based on class length. See our pricing page for full details and discounts.

Can parents watch?

Most classes are closed to keep dancers focused, but parents are welcome at special observation days and performances. For Kindertanz trials, a parent can stay if needed. Some studios have viewing windows.

Does my child need to be potty trained for Kindertanz?

Yes. A parent or guardian should stay in the studio during class in case of bathroom breaks.

What if we need to withdraw?

Youth registration runs for the school year, with automatic enrollment into semester two unless we receive written cancellation at least two weeks before it begins. Withdrawal is possible at the end of a semester.

Where do we get dance clothes and pointe shoes?

Through our partner Ballettshop Opéra — youth students get 15% off ballet uniforms. First pointe shoes can be fitted with your teacher present to ensure a proper, safe fit.

Invoices are paid via e-banking. Youth fees can be split into 1, 2 or 4 installments.
