Our ballet program offers a comprehensive journey through various age levels and skill sets, starting with Pre-Ballet for ages 4-8, where young dancers explore the basics of ballet in a fun and nurturing environment. As they grow, students can join Young Ballet for ages 8-11, focusing on foundational techniques, jumps, and turns. For teens aged 11 and up, we offer Teen Beginner Ballet for those new to ballet and Teen Ballet for those with prior experience, emphasising advanced techniques and individual artistry. Our ballet curriculum blends the esteemed Vaganova, Cecchetti, and Balanchine Techniques.
Repertoire & Pointe
Dive deeper into the world of ballet with our Repertoire and Pointe classes for teens. Focus on learning excerpts from famous ballets while enhancing technical proficiency and artistic expression.
Contemporary / Jazz
Our Teen Contemporary / Jazz class is crafted for teens aged 11 and up eager to explore the fusion of athleticism and artistry in contemporary dance. The spotlight is on dynamic jumps, turns, and an exciting introduction to the art of floorwork.
Lyrical / Jazz
Our Lyrical/Jazz classes offer a dynamic fusion of expressive lyrical dance and energetic jazz techniques. Suitable for children and teens aged 8 and up, this class focuses on storytelling through movement, emotional expression, and musicality. Dancers will develop their technique, flexibility, and artistry, while exploring the fluidity of lyrical dance and the sharp, high-energy style of jazz. This combination enhances versatility and fosters a deeper connection to the music and a greater passion for dance.
Acro
Combine dance with acrobatic elements in our Acro classes. This challenging and exciting style enhances your flexibility, strength, and balance. Ideal for those looking to add a unique and impressive dimension to their dance repertoire.
Hip Hop
Our Hip Hop classes offer an energetic and dynamic experience for dancers of all ages and skill levels. Dance To All Styles
Our Dance to All Styles class is perfect for children ages 4-8 who are eager to explore a variety of dance genres. This fun and engaging class introduces young dancers to jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and more, allowing them to experience the unique elements of each style. Dance to All Styles nurtures a love for dance and encourages creativity, making it an ideal starting point for young dancers to discover their favourite styles.
Kindertanz
Kindertanz is a delightful dance class for children ages 3-5. This program introduces young dancers to the joy of movement through playful activities and rhythm exercises, fostering a lifelong love for dance.
Familientanz
Familientanz is a unique class for children ages 1.5-3 and their parents or guardians. This interactive course focuses on physical play and movement, strengthening the bond between child and guardian while promoting motor skills and social interaction in a fun, supportive setting.
Baby & Ich
Baby & Ich is specially designed for new parents/guardians and their newborns from 0-18 months. This class offers a precious moment for parents to focus on themselves through gentle exercise and dance. It concludes with a 30-minute social gathering, providing an opportunity for parents to connect and share experiences with others in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Pre-Professional Program
Our Pre-Professional Program is designed for talented students enrolled in a Kunst and Sport class, providing an individually tailored path to help them achieve their dance goals. Whether aspiring to become a professional dancer, teacher, choreographer, or simply the best dancer they can be, this program offers comprehensive training and support. Students learn not only advanced dance techniques but also valuable life skills such as determination, discipline, and resilience through mental coaching sessions. Our program has a proven track record of success, with former students joining prestigious institutions like Tanz Akademie Zurich and ZHdK Bachelor of Dance, and even performing as Billy Elliot in Zurich.
