Join Clara and the Nutcracker Prince as they battle a gang of mice and journey through the snowflakes to the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy. This one-hour performance is suitable for children and adults of all ages.

A games evening begins as usual: everyone sits down together, the dice are rolled – and the game begins. But what initially seems simple and familiar gradually evolves into a journey through ambition, tension and emotional upheaval.

In a world inspired by ‘Monopoly’, which brings well-known locations from Lucerne to the stage, the boundaries between game and reality become blurred. As competition intensifies, trust and solidarity begin to falter – until the family is forced to ask itself the crucial question: what matters more – winning or togetherness?

‘Family Game Night’ is a touching and visually rich performance about conflict, reconciliation and what truly remains in the end: togetherness.

Founded in 2023, the Tanzhaus Luzern (formerly The Dance Center Luzern) at Grimselweg 3 in Tribschen, Luzern, is the largest dance school in central Switzerland, with 5 studios and a performance space. We offer Ballet and Contemporary classes for all ages and levels taught by professionally trained and qualified teachers.

Youth Program

All children & teens are welcome from the ages of 3 and up. Our classes are aimed to help the young dancer acquire a solid dance foundation, both technically as well as artistically. As part of their dance training, students have the chance to take part in our school performances.

Health Insurance Reimbursement

Thanks to our membership in the Swiss Dance Association (TVS), our dance school is recognized by leading health insurers. This means you may be eligible for reimbursement of up to CHF 600 per year for membership fees. The reimbursement is available for both children and adults, depending on your insurance and plan. Contact your provider to learn more.
